UK customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. To cancel, email joefz7791uk@gmail.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. After telling us, send the item back within 14 days.

Items must be unworn, in original condition and returned with their original packaging. You may handle an item as you would in a shop; we may reduce the refund if it has been used or handled beyond that.

Personalised or made-to-order pieces may not be cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return postage. For an item that is faulty, damaged on arrival or not the item ordered, contact us first; we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return costs.

Do not send a return before receiving authorisation and the correct return address for your order. Email joefz7791uk@gmail.com before posting. Please use tracked shipping and keep your proof of postage.

We refund eligible returns within 14 days after receiving the goods or receiving acceptable proof that they have been sent back, where applicable. Refunds are made to the original payment method and include the cost of our standard outbound delivery. We do not refund upgrades to express delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
